We are committed to respecting the environment throughout the ice cream production and marketing process.

Our line of organically certified ice creams also fits into our policy of respect for the environment and consumer trends that prefer natural and authentic products.

We prefer national producers. In this way, we contribute to social sustainability and minimize the carbon footprint of transporting raw materials.

A SUSTAINABLE ICE CREAM SHOP

Biodegradable

We use biodegradable packaging and consumables (cups and spoons).

Compostables

Our isothermal boxes are fully compostable (they degrade quickly in nature).

Localized Economy

In our production, we prioritize, whenever possible, Portuguese raw materials.

COOPERATION

FRAGOLETO TEACHES ICE CREAM TECHNIQUE IN SENEGAL
As part of a cooperation partnership with FoProBio – Fédération des Organisations Productrices Bio, Fragoleto carried out professional ice cream training in Senegal in January 2020.
The employees of this agricultural cooperative learned the main techniques for producing good ice cream using local ingredients (múcua/baobab, hibiscus, mango, peanut, cashew).
The ice creams produced by the trainees were offered to the children of the local football team.
Foprobio is a cooperative of small farmers located in Diourbel, a village in the central region of this African country. It produces, processes and exports organically certified agricultural products.
